Britt's Selected Meats supplies to many of the Coasts Award winning restaurants, clubs, cafes, hotel & resorts. Our meat is ordered as far south Sydney and north to the Sunshine Coast. This is because of our consistantly high quality products.

Meat Standards Australia™ (MSA) is a beef, lamb and sheepmeat eating quality program that labels beef, lamb and sheepmeat with a guaranteed grade and recommended cooking method to identify eating quality according to consumer perceptions.

PRIVATE SELECTION

Private Selection is sourced from cattle that have been grain fed and finished in registered AUS-MEAT feedlots.

GRADE

The cattle are graded based on proven eating quality traits rather than from any one particular breed.

SIZE

Nolan Meats is Australia's largest processor of Meat Standards Australia (MSATM) graded beef products.

BEGINNING

Established in 1958 Nolan Meats are wholly Australian, family-owned company founded in a small butchery business and IS still located in Gympie, Queensland.
